Roy Heard is the best home repairman I've ever hired. He's honest, professional, knowledgable, and perhaps best of all, he's not afraid to tackle any job. He helped me to cross off all my to-do list boxes that I couldn't handle myself, along with a few things I had never really even thought of, as we surveyed my custom-built home. Meeting Roy I got an instant 'Yes'; he's just good people. You can trust him to work alone at your home while you're away which is a great help, and he works just as hard unmonitored as with you there. I hope he stays in this business! He removed my old TV antennae and Dishnet dish, installed gutter guard on the entire place, installed a new Moen faucet in a really difficult-to-reach kitchen cabinet, installed knobs and pulls on all my drawers and cabinets, fixed rotten beams, and other jobs Of course, if you buy the matarials in advance it helps and Roy advised me througout the entire process. There was never a single day of wondering what would happen or when, he was always in contact. I would recommend Roy Heard to anyone, anywhere. 5 stars are not enough.

Mr. Heard is definitely the guy. Super excellent, above and beyond service. He is very busy, so patience is needed, but will be rewarded with the best customer service. Will be using again for sure. Thank you Mr. Heard.

Very professional and helpful. Very high level of skill, more of a white glove installer. Roy was communicative, punctual, prepared with tools and very easy to work with. We needed him to install curtains/ rods, pictures, mirrors and shelves in my daughter’s dorm. Roy worked for over 4 hours without a single break. He came so prepared. Very impressive level of professionalism. Highly recommend.

Roy and his team are wonderful! Trustworthy, on time, and efficient. They took on a larger project than they typically do for us, but everything was done great. They built a closet for us, installed trim, painted, fixed flooring, and they installed tile backsplash in our kitchen. Roy held his team accountable to ensure everything was done well. We will definitely be using his company again, and you should too!
